If anyone loves to bake, we’d love to hear from you! We have a sign up sheet on planning center for baking for morning tea on Sunday. If you would like to be part of the baking team, get in touch with Jono by emailing jonathan.harkes@thestreet.co.nz
Unfortunately we have made the decision to cancel our gathering for this morning, as the extremely limited parking and difficult access mean it will be a challenge for many to make it. Instead, we are meeting in homes to watch the service online, and we will be meeting afterword for a shared picnic lunch at Scorching Bay at 12pm. We hope to see you there!
Our mission is "Helping people become followers of Jesus Christ", and our vision is to be a disciple-making movement that transforms Wellington and the world with the good news of Jesus Christ. We want to prioritise moments that inspire and equip us to "go" more!
The vision of The Send is to see every believer activated into their missional and evangelistic calling. The Send are running events around New Zealand this year, culminating in an 8-10 hour worship and prayer event at Mystery Creek in Hamilton in November. Tickets are only $2 and are available now.
Can we please encourage you to get along to this event? Together, we seek to see our city and the world transformed with the good news of Jesus Christ. For more information, see the video with Jenny and Jerram.

Harvey Rees Thomas has written a 365 day devotional called The Last Adam. It is a year of daily meditations in the life of the Lord Jesus Christ. We have a small number of these for sale at $35 each. Harvey's dedication to putting his incredible study of the life of Jesus into a format that you can glean from little and often is remarkable. We also have copies available of his devotional through Hebrews 'Sacrifice and Glory' and 100 Years on the Street. Both of these are now $20. If you would like to purchase any of these books, please email office@thestreet.org.nz

It is a chance to thank them, encourage them and pray for them as they head into this next season. Anyone is welcome to come along and gather with the wider community of The Street Church as we mark this milestone in our journey of Helping People Become Total Followers of Jesus Christ.
Today we are in our third week of learning skills that we need to study the Bible well. We learn about using Bible maps and looking at the background of the book of the Bible we are reading from.

We continue our series on the skills needed to study the Bible well. Today, we are looking at how the Old and New Testaments are distinct from one another and why each part is important in understanding God's big plan for His creation. We learn the difference between Old Testament commands and New Testament commands and how they relate to us as followers of Jesus today.
Due to Round the Bays, we will have no vehicle access to St Pat’s College today., so we are gathering in homes to watch the online service instead.
Mosaic is a women's Bible study and encourages deeper connection and study with women across multiple generations.

We have made kids zone videos available on the website, to encourage the discipleship of children continuing at home!
Each week, on the News section of the website, will be a post about the Kids Zone teaching. It will include a version of the bumper video script to give an outline and a link to the video teaching for the week. When people click to watch for the first time, they need to request a password. Once you have the password you will be able to access the last 4 years of teaching and stay up to date with what's happening in Kids Zone.
