Spiritual Health Survey

As a church seeking to help one another become total followers of Jesus Christ, our annual Spiritual Health Survey helps us check in on how we’re going. Some people find this to be a helpful moment for personal reflection. As a church, it enables us to celebrate overall progress and identify areas that need investment. It can take as little as 10 minutes to complete and the more people who take part, the more useful the results, so every response matters.
