Job Vacancy - Central Ministries Director

At The Street we have a team of dedicated staff members who support our Locations in many different roles.

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Central Ministries Director to join the team in a 20-hour-per-week role. Jenny Gill has been leading our team of Central Leads, and from the beginning of 2026, will step aside from this role to focus on multiplying churches through planting within her Senior Pastor capacity.

You will be responsible for overseeing our Central Ministries Team - providing clarity of role and purpose, supporting performance and accountability, investing in development, and fostering a healthy team culture that reflects our mission and values. You will also join the Executive Team.
